One or two very faint marks, noticeable only under close scrutiny. A Near mint card will appear as new, and in general will not have been used for play. Cards in this condition will never have bends, tears, or creasing. Excellent (EX): A card in this condition will likely show light play wear, yet will remain in nice overall cosmetic. Excellent condition cards may have one or more of the following possible imperfections: 1. A few nicks or small chips; 2. Light corner wear. Cards in excellent condition will never have bends, tears, or creasing. Very Good (VG): A card in this condition will show moderate play wear, yet will remain in good overall cosmetic condition. Very Good condition cards may have one or more of the following possible imperfections: 1. Multiple edge nicks and evidence of chipping; 2. Whitening along the edges; 3. Moderate scuffing and markings are likely visible on the card face. Cards in Very Good condition may have a slight bend or faint crease, but no tears. Good (G): A card in this condition will show heavy signs of play wear. Good condition cards will show moderate to significant edge and face wear and may have a bend or crease that would keep them from grading higher.
