Both seem to be related to the RGB LED system: the microcontroller responsible for lighting effects and a drive transistor. I have not done any troubleshooting beyond visual inspection, or made any repair attempts. Please see the last few listing images for details. Various cosmetic scratches and scuffs are present around the board. Please see the images above for details of the board's physical condition. Do note that there may be other issues to be uncovered with further testing. Given its physical state, no additional testing was performed beyond observing that the board boots into the BIOS when a known good CPU, memory and GPU are installed.
