A detailed table of contents for individual movie stars is also in the front of the book, showing the pages where each star's movies are grouped together An index of movie titles is in the back. The back cover features a full-page ad for the DVD of Once Upon a Time in Mexico. An order form on the last page is intact and unwritten-upon. The book has mild wear but no spine creases. The front cover has a small horizontal tear and wrinkle on the right edge a little past halfway down (see photo). The back cover has a 2-inch wrinkle/crease near the spine at the bottom. MU president Jerry Frebowitz wrote an introduction to the catalog that appears on the table-of-contents page. The catalog weighs almost 3 pounds and will ship at the 4-pound rate.
