Some engraving and/or marks or tape residue may be on radio. Radios have been in service, so used, but not abused. Some scratches, dirt, tape residue, etc are there. I will check the radio for transmit and receive before I ship it, but realize I can not accurately measure the sensitivity, but should be more than adequate. I have already lowered the price some, to accommodate this. Radio is tested and working and will not be DOA, but SOLD STRICTLY AS IS, as with all electronics.
