Eye-bolts (pivot bolts) will install on the sidecar frameAdjustable bars are for connecting the sidecar to the bike (struts) One end of the bars (struts) connect to the u-clamp on the bike frame and the other end connects to the eye-bolts (Pivot bolts).Please keep in mind that this sidecar will install on right side of your bike so make sure you have enough space on the right side.
