Description: This mount allows the use of a common rifle scope on all Mosin Nagant rifles including 9130, and all carbine versions. This scope mount is designed to be positioned directly over the center-line of the bore. This mount REQUIRES drilling and tapping of the receiver for installation. Make sure you are willing to do this BEFORE ordering. It is designed to be installed by a gunsmith or qualified machinist unless you have the resources yourself. ALL stocks require inletting on the left side for mounting whether ATI, Archangel, or factory wood stocks. The ATI is the only one that does not require inletting for the bolt handle. A standard "Bent" bolt will NOT work with this mount as there is only 7/16 inch clearance under the rear saddle.(Ring) The mount comes with mounting screws (6-32 flathead) and stainless hardware for the caps. Mounts are Black Anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. Please specify when ordering whether you want a mount for a ROUND or HEX receiver as well as for a 0NE INCH or 30MM scope tube.
