Items must be returned to us in NEW condition, and be wrapped up the same as received. Any item that is not sent back in this way will not be accepted upon its return. Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the item, and then organise the refund/exchange/store credit. The refund amount will also be minus the original postage charge to you. For items that have "free shipping" as freight charge, $30 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original freight expenses. In cases where it is not possible to leave items, such as units or commercial, the driver will leave a card to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
