Description: The author of this book of wonderful Greek recipes worked for Nieman Marcus for 27 years. She was apparently a treasured employee, as the Introduction is written by Stanley Marcus himself! This comb-bound softcover book is in excellent condition. The only reason it is not listed as Like New is that the inside of the book cover has a yellowed area where the original price sticker was. There are two lighter circular areas (very tiny) on the back as well. The top/bottom of pages (when book is closed and you are looking down at it might be a teeny bit yellowed but I really didn't notice that. Otherwise, the pages are clean and unmarked, and tightly bound. The plastic comb has no cracks. The covers are glossy and so evocative of Ancient Greece. There are darling illustrations peppered throughout the book. As no returns are accepted, please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchasing, especially about condition as that can be hard to describe exactly.
