Description: Mopa Mopa Barniz de Pasto handcarved and beautifully painted Latin American (most likely Colombian) stylized duck figure art. It appears to be made of a lightweight wood (the grain is showing on the underside). In like new condition, no damage, wear or color fade. Expertly handpainted in muted shades of pink/mauve, sage green, antique metallic gold, dusty blue, finished with very carefully applied black outlines. No maker's mark or artist signature that I can find. Measures 5" tall, 2-1/2" across at the widest spot, and about 2-1/8" at the base.
