Description: This listing is for a beautiful jardiniere made in England by the Moorcraft Pottery. I believe this piece dates to the early 20th century. The bottom is marked "Moorcraft / Made in England / and an unreadable signature." The jar is cobalt blue with rich pink and purple poppies with raised edges to the shapes. The glaze is glossy and gorgeous! The jar measures 6 1/2" tall, 6 1/2" across the rim, and 3 1/2" across the base ring. The jar is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, repairs or other notable damage. The bottom shows crazing but not on the sides. The white spots showing on the rim pictures are light flash reflections. The rim is in excellent condition with no damage. Thanks for looking!
