Description: ~~ FREE SHIPPING ~~ Monstera Thai Constellation is such a beautiful plant that it never fails to amaze & impress! It consistently has good color, with specks, splashes, and larger areas of a beautiful creamy white, and other areas with a blueish/gray overlay. The petioles are even variegated & will often give some indication of what kind/how much color the leaf will have. The leaves will get large (32 - 36 in. across), if given good conditions. Good conditions means a good, loose organic based soil (jungly) , warmth, humidity, strong light, but not direct sun and a large pot to fill! A covered porch or deck, or the bright shade under the high canopy of a tree, is a great place to grow it when temps have climbed above 50 regularly at night, but you can always bring it in overnight if a cold snap hits. They will also do well indoors, as long as you provide strong light & humidity. Fertilize monthly, or use a quality time released plant food. Water when slightly dry and give it a heavy watering every 3 - 4 weeks, or so. Mist/spray when it's convenient, they appreciate that. You can also mix ,at ¼ strength, fertilizer into your misting water and give them a healthy snack between feedings. A light rain shower is always enjoyed. Don't expose to temperatures below 45 (50+ is best), or you'll risk damage to the leaves. Freezing temperatures can kill it, unless you rescue it before the actual stem freezes, then with some TLC & time it'll usually recover. The plant pictured is the plant offered.
