I will not rate boxes, cards or cars as mint, as someone can and will always find a flaw if they look hard enough. The cards are cardboard and can have soft corners or dings or warps out of the box. I will tell you if there is a serious problem with the card or car that would keep it from finding a home in my collection. I only ship USPS Ground Advantage Mail in a new box.
