A few strands of hair at top appear to have been accidentally snipped. Refer to photos. The previous owner customized her outfit & accessories some with glued on rhinestones. Unfortunately, while the rhinestones do add interest, the particular glue they used on the items remains sticky/tacky.There are various sticky spots from the glue, including spots were rhinestones had fallen off, and on the boots.Some cleaning/restoration is recommended in this regard.
