Description: Intriguing c1960s/70s original Modernist landscape painting from the Hahn Gallery in Philadelphia, PA. No signature that I can note although I have not removed from the frame to examine the reverse side. Reminiscent of Jurgen Geith who was and is exhibited at this gallery. Worthy of further research. Well done with vigorous lines and nice capture of shadow. Medium is pastels on paper done in an Expressionist style. Protected behind glass and framed in a handsome chocolate tone thick wood frame. I do believe the frame and gallery tag are a bit more modern (c1980s). Backed with black paper and ready to hang. Retains original Hahn Gallery label on reverse side. In Very Good overall condition. No holes, rips, tears, etc. Frame exhibits gentle wear and scuffing. Displays handsomely! Measures 13 1/2” x 10 1/2” and 15” x 12” with the frame.
