Model 1930 large veshmeshok sidor turkestan back pack WW2 Red Army reproduction

Description: Self made reproduction based on reference material and detailed descriptions, the model 1930 bag is much larger than its 1942 counterpart. This bag is longer and wider, the shoulder strap is not padded, it is sewn down at one end only, the other end has three hemp cord loops to hook over a wooden toggle. The front straps slide through a metal buckle. The bag itself is approximately 45 cm wide x 63 cm deep, with a 200 cm long shoulder strap. Manufactured using authentic Soviet material imported from Russia, the hemp cord is sourced here in the UK, sewn using genuine Soviet military grade reinforced cotton thread, the slide is taken from a 1960's style meshok pack, and the wooden toggle from a 1980's Soviet tent. This is a limited run item, and not a regular stock item, as large panels of fabric are needed to make these which are not easy to come by at the moment. My current batch of fabric is used, and shows signs of fading, small marks, and stitch lines.Shipped 2nd class signed for.
