You are bidding on one-hour of remote support services by our trained and certified technicians. The minimum time billiable for each incident is one-hour. Our technicians will assist you with configuration or maintenance issues. Engineering services are also available. If you are within our service area, on-site support can also be quoted. Firm quotes are also available for complex or large projects. This support is provided between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Emergency or special situation labor outside of these hours can be arranged at previaling rates. If you are a Mitel reseller or voice/data VAR, discounted pricing is available.
