Description: Lovely antique 19th century Imari plate in “Amherst Japan” pattern by Mintons . The plate features scalloped rims and decorated in popular during the era, Japanese Imari style decorations. Marked with Minton and Boyle period mark with the pattern name in the middle. Measures about 10.15”wide and 1.5”H. The plate is somewhat deep, appears to be soup plate. Condition: use related marks and scratches, wear on the underside. Faint crazing throughout. Production related blemishes. Wear on foot. Minor scabs around rims and foot but nothing noticeable. Short small hairline but not visible from the front.
