MINT McFarlane Julius "Dr. J" Erving brooklyn nets variant chase action figure

Description: Up for sale is a NEW, UNOPENED McFarlane Sportspicks NBA legends series 1 "Dr. J" Julius Erving figure. This Erving figure features swivelable legs (thighs region), however, movement in these areas may be limited. Featured in the New York Nets' white "home" uniform, this figure also comes with a removable ABA basketball accessory! The ABA (also known as the American Basketball Association) was a professional basketball league that eventually merged with the NBA (National Basketball Association) in 1976. It is only one of two times ever that McFarlane has produced a Sportspicks basketball figure specifically from the ABA, the other was the Spurs' George Gervin. As a collector myself, I try to show and disclose as much as I can about an item's condition. Regarding the packaging, I would say it is in near-mint to mint condition...it looks absolutely incredible. I say perhaps only "near-mint" condition because there are some light scuffs/scratches and internal smudges on multiple sections around the plastic packaging. Also, there is one very small linear impression on top. The good news is that most of these flaws can only be seen under the right light, and at the right angle. And regarding the figure itself, I would say it is in excellent to near-mint condition. And I say perhaps only "excellent" condition because there are several places where there is a small paint imperfection (either a certain color's line that is not painted perfectly straight or a very small random paint splotch in an incorrect location). Unlike a lot of other McFarlane sellers on eBay, I have ensured that all of these imperfections are actually visible in my photos uploaded here. Unfortunately, these are just simply very common issues for McFarlane Sportspicks figures, having been manufactured and hand-painted so quickly. If you can see the 15th photo here, what looks like a circle inside of the "N" is actually not a paint flaw with the figure, it is simply just a small hole in the internal plastic packaging.
