Description: This is a funky little thing. Only 20-1/2" long, it's a mini-dulcimer. It came with a handwritten note saying it was built in 1978. I do not know who made it. As the tuners do not turn, it does not play. It is just a wallhanger or prop, but, man, it sure looks cool.
