No rust found on the galvanized cable, no unwinding, no frays, etc.. It has been stored inside, with the exception of use at a job site. The stainless steel gate hook has very little rust discoloration on it and latches easily. The top Anchorage Loop pivot's and swivel's freely. It was manufactured on 12/01/06.
