British Early pattern 5 Gallon Fuel Can set 2 ("Flimsies") for most British GS Truck (132 cans in one block cast in situ) This set comprises of 132 British Early pattern 5 Gallon Fuel Cans known frustratingly as "Flimsies" due to their chronic leakage problem. Cast in one block for either diorama purposes or for filling the rear of most British 3ton GS Trucks but specifically designed to fit any of our CMP's, (UK57: No.11 Cab, UK58: No.12 Cab & UK59: No.13 Cab).. This was the main type of fuel can used by the British until the introduction in in 1944 of the late pattern Jerrycan(see ACC56) and was used on all fronts but is mostly identified with the North African campaigns.
