It comes with the self propelled electric head that has height adjustments for low and high pile carpet, plus other small attachments for cleaning out the corners and crevices. I also really love the cord rewind, just press a button and the cord winds itself back up into the machine. I bought this Electro about 5 years ago, but have used it minimally since I've been in apartments that whole time. I now have all wood floors so don't have need for a nice vacuum like this one. It works great and I hope it can go to a new home!
