Description: Used Midland Weather Max iii, it powers up and when the mic is keyed it shows that it is transmitting out, but I have not put an antenna on it. The channel turn knob did not change the channel but the up and down buttons did. It has a few dents on it but doesn't affect the functions of it. It also has the power cord and mounting bracket.
