Description: Victorian Middletown Plate Company quadruple plate footed open salt cellar with cobalt glass insert, c1890-1910. Stamped 162, Hard White Metal. The feet are in a grape pattern. There are curved handles with an intricate pattern on each side of the bowl. Very unusual piece. I could not find anything like it in my reference materials or on line. Measures 2" in diameter and 5" in height at the top of the handle. COMBINED SHIPPING AND MULTIPLE PURCHASE DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE !!
