Description: Late 1960s / early 1970s WITCO SWORD Looking like it just washed ashore, this wonderful sword, hand carved from cedar, brings an exotic touch of Oriental flare to any room. It's massive -- over 4' long, it's a full approx 50" end to end, and approx 10" at its widest point. Swords such as this were appearing in the annual Witco catalog by 1971. The wide sheath on this model is very uncommon. It has the usual wear, see pics, and three small drill holes on top edge of the "blade" for hanging by hook or chain, and is in overall very good vintage condition -- it will look fantastic on display!
