Hodson (1920-1997) The artist attended the Herron School of Art and was a member of the Hoosier Salon. Hodson is listed on Askart.com. There are a line of playing cards that were produce and sold in the1950's into the mid 1960's with Mr. Hodson artwork on the back, the artwork is very similar to these paintings. The artist once had an art studio in downtown Palm Springs in the late 1950's early 1960s and that's where the original buyer bought these, I found them at an estate sale in Palm Springs CA about 10 years agoBoth paintings mattings are original from his studio they measure approx. 14 1/4" x 19 1/2" Will be shipped sandwiched between cardboard for protection,I follow all my orders throughout shipping and leave feedback when USPS shows that the order is out for deliveryFree shipping
