Although the lady is not identified it came to me in a protecto mailer with return address of H. Mecarthey. I cannot read the postal date on the two 5¢ stamps. There were also some postcards that identified this person as ‘Hap’. This picture has been safely stored away and has no damage. The envelope has some stains from its prior life.
