It does not have the retail packaging or manual (the PDF manual can be downloaded, or I can send it to you per your request). - The Smart Block does not have the retail packaging, but is unused. - There are TWO of the "Splitter Thin Kerf Splitter Riving - SP-0100TK" kits. One is sealed in new retail package, one has been opened and does not include the package but it is new, complete and unused and never installed. - The "Microjig GRR-Ripper 3-Piece Replacement Leg Set" has been used once and has a small cut in one of the feet. - Grr-Ripper Deflector / Connector Does not include packaging. I have gone through each item (the ones not sealed) and verified all parts are included. If you find any screws, manuals, or any other discrepancies I will work with you to acquire a replacement. But I have diligently compared all parts to the list of included pieces to make sure they are complete as humanly possible (I am a human, just fyi).
