Description: ABOUT THIS CARD: Vintage 1939 Bridgewater Film Stars card #42 Mickey Rooney. From Series 7. Small real photo card measures approximately 1-3/8" X 2-5/8 inches. Plain blank back. Issued out of England with Bridgewater biscuit/cookie products. This sale is for the single card in the title and pictured above. GRADING - CONDITION: Grades VG-EX or 4.5/10 due to a couple of slight surface indents, more visible on back than front--apparently this is common with this issue and has to do with how the cards were originally distributed (with cookies). If not for these indents, I'd grade this card EX or 5/10 due to soiling on back (see second scan); no true creasing (just those pesky indents). Scans show both sides of actual card for sale.
