Among some of the earlier endorsements. This one is in nice solid VG or better condition. There is wear from handling, and there is some wear to the Mickey and Minnie figural decal. There is some light general wear to the physical brush. The brush handle is wooden. It is clearly marked Hughes and USA. There is some price sticker residue. You should be able to work it off gently.
