Being a paraffin type kerosene fuel lantern means it is a better choice for use in the home since it's fuel is a highly distilled and refined form of kerosene that produces no soot and no odor when burned. Our Meva lanterns have the logo symbol on the fuel cap and markings elsewhere on their handsome silvery metal finish. We have several for sale and chose the worst example for photography after thorough inspection and cleaning (last four photos show removal of globe). All are essentially perfect and have little or no corrosion compared to ours which exhibits faint beginnings on the fuel cap and more pronounced corrosion in the area of high heat above the globe. height is 10.25" and 14" with handle up; fuet tank diameter is 5.2" Condition for each is outstanding, little if any used, need only minimal cleaning, and easy to use operational features.
