It's in good shape, with some grease buildup on the sides and in the cook cavity and some minor scratches and dents consistent with use in a commercial kitchen. It was recently removed from a fast food restaurant where it saw limited use. This oven has approximately 25.6k cycles The manager and service passwords will be provided. This oven requires 208V-240V 20A single phase electric power. It is equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug. This oven is certified through UL for ventless operation, so it does not require a hood in most jurisdictions. We are happy to provide a video of this oven working upon request.
