Comes as LEFT driver USA 1 Camshaft per sale only. This camshaft should fit most of the late 450 model 8 cyl 4.5L fuel injected motors, NOT all. Part number # 4801, # GTS55, AE 117, and 00 3 . Came off 1978 450SL Roadster US model. This is a used part with imperfections , wear , age and light scratches as seen in the pictures. This part comes with a 60 day limited warranty. Be aware Mercedes 450 ( R107,C107 ,W116 went through many changes during its life spam with different engine redesigns not including AMG or 500. ( USA models , Global models might be different ) 1-First stage 1972 till 1975 with Bosch D Jetronic ( Large throttle body on top of the engine)A-The (RIGHT ) Passenger side USA cam was Longer ( 20.3/8" inches ) than the ( LEFT ) Driver side USA which was shorter ( 19.5" inches ) in this engine. B-There are several cam shafts available for these cars since there are European , USA , Federal , California , Nevada models and also the early 350SL SLC which have different set up and size motor. 2-Second stage 1976 till 1981 with Bosch K Jetronic ( Large distributor on top of the engine)A-The (RIGHT ) Passenger side USA cam was Longer ( 20.3/8" inches ) than the ( LEFT ) Driver side USA which was Shorter ( 19.5" inches ) in this engine. B-There are several cam shafts available for these cars since there are European ,USA, Federal , California , Nevada models with different engine set up because of emissions.
