This high quality eye candy of a timepiece not only looks awesome as ever but is tough as nails, built to withstand the rugged Swiss Alps and is a go to watch for the Swiss Commando's. Out of all the numerous Wenger watch models, I would say the manufacturer really got it right with the 7089X and X/T series 13 jeweled version. The only Wenger models that would top this are the Classic discontinued GST models. A super high quality performance 12 hour chrono watch which has a 60 sec, 30 min and 12 hour sub dials along with a large 60 second countdown hand. The 1/10th sec feature has been eliminated. This way you can really time your searches, stakeouts and expeditions down to the second for an honest 12 hour shift. It's a relatively newer release of the popular classic Commando style and has seen relatively limited actual wrist time thus remains in overall good to very good used shape for it's age (7 yrs). Close examination reveals what appears to be a nice domed mineral crystal. Possibly a few micro hairlines but difficult to notice. Colorful dial is crisp & clear and will attract attention all day long. Gunmetal PVD finished bezel & case look great with some trace scuffing and a small scratch below the 7 position and hardly worth mentioning. Caseback looks decent but does show the most marks consisting of light hairlines, some scuffing and a few tool marks. The glass badge is near perfect. The OEM silicone straps were swapped out for these brand new, genuine Wenger Sharkskin over leather straps which really compliment the watch better than the silicone straps which, as you may already know, seem to attract every particle of dust or lint in the area and can appear covered in white specs. These shark leather straps are way better. Nice color combo gets you noticed with plenty of advanced features to accommodate your specialized activities. Ready for work, playtime, extreme adventure, military personal or add to your collection to proudly display. If I failed to verbally mention something but you notice in pic's then you can consider it as described as the pic's speak for themselves. Watch has always been professionally maintained and cleaned so it arrives without any accumulated dirt & grime from prior usages. Recently fitted with a fresh Energizer battery and running strong. ALL chrono functions operate as intended and calibrate to zero positions when reset. Some specifics: Size Does Matter. Watch measures apx 1 5/8" or apx 42mm across case excluding crown, chrono pushers and lugs. Width between the lugs is 20mm. Strap length is apx 9 3/4" or 245mm from tip to tip. Included is the super cool watch and a printed page of instructions specifically for recalibrating the 12 hour chrono version only (as seen in pic's/excluding background props). NO extra straps or cherry pie but it will come in a black metal Luminox case which does have a bit of shelf wear but at least it will keep your watch safely stored if you can manage to ever take it off your wrist.
