I had bought these 2nd hand quite a while ago to add to my collection and it appears that previous owners must have enjoyed using 2 of the glasses often, as those are the ones with the most wear. [Imagine a loving couple whose best part of their day was enjoying a cordial after dinner by the fireplace.] There are no chips or cracks in the glass. I have priced these accordingly, considering the wear to the design. Note: I've seen these attributed to a department store, Gumps, who had a lot of their glassware manufactured in Italy. I haven't seen any proof of that, and it would be highly unlikely that an Italian company would produce this obviously German styled glassware. From a smoke-free, healthy home. [474]
