Fast Food toys classified as "New" are items either (a) still sealed in original packaging or (b) was stilled sealed in original packaging and opened for pictures. Those toys classified as "Loose" are loose toys not sealed in original packaging. Loose toys vary in condition from almost new to played with some defects. Loose toys are wiped down with disinfectant and have a quick cleaning before pictures. I do not detail clean. Please check pictures carefully. All FAST FOOD toys are sold in AS-Is condition. New toys are not guaranteed to work out of the packaging. Many of these are vintage toys and the batteries may or may not work. Toys will be tested if possible at the time of pictures. To be honest, sometimes I am not sure what a toy does, I do my best to figure it out and make notes. If there is evidence toy is not working properly at time of pictures, it is noted on the picture caption (i.e. Does Not Light, Does not Work). If the toys make sound or light up, this is also noted on the picture caption. This means at the time of pictures the toy was working. It does not mean that there is guarantee that it will work after storage/shipping.
