Description: Rare Indian teepee cookie jar with straight cut lid by McCoy with really vibrant colors!! Made between 1956 and 1959. 3 small chips on inside of lid from general use (see pics) . No visible hairline cracks or obvious structural issues. Light crazing has occurred on the lid but item looks great This is the straight cut lid which is said to be more rare as they redesigned the lids to slant. I will not clean this pottery as I am not a cleaning expert of fine antiques and I do not want to risk damaging the paint.!!
