Description: This is a piece of McCoy pottery with an unusual maker's mark. The bottom is marked with a pitcher in a rectangles with the letters MCP and USA underneath. This mark was used in 1967 only, after the Mount Clemens Pottery Company purchased McCoy. After that, the mark was revised to include the McCoy name. The bowl is in very nice condition, with no chips or cracks. I suppose this was meant to be a soup or chili bowl but it could also be a monster coffee mug. It holds 16 oz! Please see photos.
