This is not the pivot pin, just the retainer snap ring to hold it in. Many of these are missing and others are rusted so bad they wont hold the pin in place any longer and then it lets the gear slide over and break the gear or the crank. Brand new and Made in the USA this retainer clip will have your engine back on its way to brand new once again! We had these custom made as you cant buy them in any hardware store!
