Description: ITEM SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION:Interior pages are in excellent condition. mild/moderate ragged edges to cover with discolorations from dust/dirt. made worse given the white on the cover. Spine paper is 85% intact with a light tear near the upper staple. BOILERPLATE FOR SUBURBAN LIFE MAGAZINE ISSUES:Fascinating magazine with excellent photography of home interiors/exteriors, and articles on interior design, maintenance, improvement and renovation. As a lover of old houses, dealer/user/installer of salvage, I love thumbing through these. They are loaded with great advertisements and content. Magazines were discovered in a box amongst other stored books/paper in a long-closed used bookstore attic in the Winter of 2021/2022. Magazines have been treated in an ozone terrarium to eliminate any musty smell. For shipping, magazines will be sleeved and taped shut. The stack will have two pieces of rigid cardboard on top and bottom for rigidity in transit and sealed in a bubble mailer and shipped via FREE USPS Media Mail. General disclaimer:Please examine photos closely to assess condition. Magazines may have mild "old book smell" and shelf/storage wear difficult to see in photos. As these antique magazines are delicate, I do not survey every page for condition.
