This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, one reddish ink spot that can be seen on both sides); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (several tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper thinning exist); one larger center hole and a few other tiny holes exist; perhaps pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
