He might be a bullfighter, but cannot recall ever seeing one smoking a pipe - or wearing his kind of hat. You tell me... Piece is signed by what might read, JACOB, but cannot be sure. Someone suggested possible Ned Jacob sketch, but again - this is not my genre, so I have no clue. Kind of a mystery subject & signature to this drawing, but it's otherwise very well done.
