The card and plastic bubble do have issues. The card has many creases, wear and bends. The top of the card is rolling upwards. The plastic bubble has yellowed slightly with bends, dirty spots, and sticker residue from past stickers The bubble is mostly sealed to the card except for the bottom edge for about 1-2" in length. There is also a hole / crack near Kevin's right tennis shoe (see pics). These open spots could have let dirty specks, dust, or other particles inside and is the reason I can't say he is 100% mint. The front of the card has some fading as the back is much more vivid in coloring. The package is dated 1998.
