This locker tag was issued during the 2015 season's 2014 World Series championship ring ceremony game, which took place in April of 2015. To be clear this is NOT a 2014 Word Series tag - this is a tag used in 2015 to celebrate the 2014 championship team, of which Duffy was a member. Approximate dimensions are approximately 16.5" long & 5" at the widest point. The Locker Tag is authenticated as 'Team Issued' and was input by the on-site MLB authenticators in SF, who apply the holograms and enter the details of the item. Authentications can be verified through the MLB.com site. This name-plate carries the hologram YP096834.
