Description: This is a truly one of a kind 1927 copy of The Perfect Tribute by Mary Raymond Shipman Andrews. What makes it unique is that it is in the original shipping box straight from the manufacturer, Charles Scribner's Sons, 597 Fifth Avenue, New York. It was shipped from the educational department as an educational expense using two 4 cent stamps. The box is in relatively poor overall condition but is still intact and functional. What I have not been able to establish is the shipping date, but my best guess would be sometime in the late 1920s-early 1930s, however, I am not guaranteeing it. The dust jacket is age stained and has a small tear at the bottom spine. The book itself is slightly warped from age but all the pages are clean and intact.
