Building is made of marbled tan hard plastic with green & magenta swirls, sign & stools are made of color matched dark green plastic. The posts on the "LUNCH" sign are worn at the bottom, but sign can still be attached to building top, building & stools are in Excellent condition. The Diner is approximately 3.5" tall.
