If I had to grade it, I would say it is about a 3.5-4.0 (VG-), with the main issues being some chipping in the spine and multiple creases on the bottom right corner of the front cover. However, I am not a professional grader, just someone who has collected comics for over 35 years. Please look over the photos and ask if you have any questions.
