Description: An old pendant which has a print showing a closeup of Martin Luther King on one side. The other side has the wording "I Have a Dream" (his famous quote) & also the wording "Christian Leadership Conference". This circular pendant would need to be suspended from either a pin or a chain. The center section which rotates smoothly as desired is covered with transparent plastic. We are aware that this basic design was issued in four or more different forms. It exists in pendant form (as ours), key chain form, & bar pin in shape of a ribbon. This piece is old, but, we do not know exactly when this item was issued. The locket is 1 1/2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. The weight is 3 tenths of an ounce. There is minor wear from use to the metal. There is also minor wear to the surface of the plastic. But, the design is still quite easy to view. The bottom right hand corner of the side with the wording has a brown stain.
