Description: THE MARSH MANUAL STENCIL MACHINE IS USED TO CUT -1/2" CHARACTERS OUT OF STENCIL BOARD. IT HAS 40 CHARACTERS OF A-Z 0-9 AND SPECIAL CHARACTERS. THIS HAND-OPERATED THIS MACHINEIS USED BUT LOOKS BRAND NEW. WE PUNCHED A HANFUL OF CARDS WITH IT AND NO LONGER NEED IT. THE RUBBER FEET HAVE SOME CRACKS BUT THAT IS JUST FROM SITTING AROUND. WORKS GREAT WITH NO ISSUES. I WILL SHIP THE OIL CARD STOCK IN A SEPERATE PACKAGE. THEY ARE 7X24 OIL CARDS IT WAS A 50LB BOX. I WOULD EXTIMATE MAYBE 20 CARDS WERE USED.
