This is indicated by the inscription "REGINA IND LTD England" on the plastic legs at the bottom of the ashtray. Also on the bottom of the ashtray there is a W stamp and the number 20. The ashtray has scuffs and scratches. I have indicated most of the scuffs in the photo with green arrows, as well as in the video. Please watch carefully. All defects are visible if you look at the ashtray point-blank from a very close distance. If the ashtray is used for collecting purposes, then the defects are practically invisible, since everything is black and they are on a black background. If the ashtray is used for its intended purpose, then scratches and scuffs are not particularly important, since they will form over time anyway. There are four plastic buttons on the bottom to prevent scratching the glossy finish. While taking photos, I found that the feet-buttons have different shapes.
